Guilin tour

H,i I am Hok Sum from Singapore please advise is it a good time to visit Guilin in mid September.
1. How is the weather?. 2. How to go town from airport by public transport. 3. Any reasonable charges hotel to recommend 4. What are the attractions i must not miss and 7 day is enough
8. Sincerely customise for me a day to day attraction to visit to make full use of my 7 days.
