What time is the train start going to Shenzhen? How long is the travel time? How much is the fare? What time is the last trip from Shenzhen to Hong Kong?

First of all, you need a valid China visa to enter into Shenzhen. As for the train, do you mean the KCR East rail from Hung Hum of Hong Kong to Lowu border? If so, it is in operation from  5:30am to 12pm.  The fare is HKD33 and the single journey takes you about 50 minutes.
