I have bought some items from ioffer on 18/3/2011. it was shipped on 21/3/2011. the tracking number is EA856499221CN. i have contacted the seller. he says he has already posted the item and will not refund me. first,i want to know where my item is? second,please can any one give me the china parcel post office email. thanks

I have got that your item was sent to Singapore on March 21 through the tracking system of EMS, China, so it is during the transport. You can try the hotline 11185 to contact China Post.
