About:Hong Kong Trains - High Speed Rail

hi, will be arriving HKIA at 21:35. will the MTR be closed by then?
if yes, how can i get from airport to austin rd, kowloon.
Is it safe to travel by bus during this time?

The airport express still operates at that time. You can take it from the airport to Kowloon station, then catch a taxi to Austin Road. Well, you can also take bus E23 from the airport to Chi Wo Street, Jordan Road, then walk to Austin road which would be much cheaper then the airport express train. It is generally safe to tale the bus during that time.
