The requirements for China student visa are as follows:
1. Valid passport & 2 passport-sized photos ;
2. Application form completely filled;
3. Original and copy of JW202 form & admission note issued by Chinese universities and institutes and copies;
4. Original and copy of medical examination report, i. e. blood test report, and copies. Medical examination form can be collected from visa section.
5. Other documents that the visa officer deems necessary, including bank statement and resident permit. You'd better contact the embassy for more details.
