Hello, if you avail of the buffet at 360 cafe, does it come with a free ticket at observatory lounge at the 58 level (indoor) and 61 level (outdoor), or do i need to purchase it seperately?

As I know you do not need to buy seperately. You can just buy the buquet ticket. The restaurant is on level 60, between 58 and 60 level. You can see similar view as that in level 58 and 61.
