goodday!     my brother working in hk before but now hes boss transfered him in china. my brother wants us to go to china for vacation trip and anniversary gift for me and my husband. can we get the visa? and can we allow to stay there for 6months? thank u!

You can apply for China visas from Chinese embassy or consulate which hold Consulate jurisdiction of the place where you reside. If you want to stay in China for more than 6 months, you can try to apply for a double entry or multiple entry tourist visa. Anyway, visa officers will decide the duration of your visa.
