My question is:
Did you meant that I can use express or rush service, is it to get the JW202 faster?? Or just to process my JW202(if released) onto the X visa?

My 2nd question is:
Do you know how much cost to get an X visa by JW202?
and how much cost to convert the L visa to the X visa if I alredy in china?
