About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Hi,
I have a quick question about my F-visa.
Here are the details on my visa:

Category: F
Entries: M
Enter Before: 24Feb2011
Issue Date: 24Aug2010
Duration of Each Stay: 180

I entered China on 9/08/2010.
My 180-day duration would last me until 03/08/2011.
However, I am leaving China to go visit a friend in Singapore on 01/21/2011.
I am re-entering China on 01/29/2011.

Does this mean a NEW 180-day stay will begin upon my re-entry date on 01/29/2011?
In other words, would my visa be valid until 07/29/2011?

Thank you!
