Question

Hello: I'm from Canada, and I'm planning to visit HK and China. I'm planning to stay 3 days in Hk and another 3 days in china-( i like to go to beijing, the great wall, forbidden city, and other famous landmark). How much do u think approximately it will cost me? please let me know so that i have an idea. IF its too expensive for both, then i might consider just to visit one of them. hope u could help me, thanks.

Well, for an economical trip, 2,000~3,000RMB should be prepared for 3 days in Hk (hotel, dining, transportation&entrance fee). Then, you could fly to Beijing from Hong Kong directly. Or, you could go to Shenzhen by MTR and then fly to Beijing from Shenzhen. This is a domestic airline which is much cheaper. The airfare is around 1,000RMB during peak travel season. But, it takes you a little longer time for transfer.Three days in Beijing, also a budget trip, 1,500~2,000RMB is okay~ Hope this helps!
