About:Shopping Vs. No-Shopping Tours in China

Please help - I recently ordered a pair of boots from the interent. The company have delivered the wrong item and now i am having trouble getting a refund or the correct item ordered/redelivered without paying return costs - is there anyone who can help?

I think nobody can help you with this issue. But if it's the company who made the mistake, then they should take the responsibility. Maybe you can go to consult the organizations which protect consumers' rights.
