I have pckage... the tracing no is RR929194245CN. China post. I track it and it says departure from outward office of exchange... last location beijing international airport. what does this mean? ho many steps more will it be just at the airport? it has been long there at the airport.... almost 3 weeks... it been in the cargo? thank...

It means it has left China and on the way to Malaysia. No further information can be tracked on that site after that. So, you may try to contact local post office?! Yes, three weeks is a bit longer for mail by air, usually.
