About:Chinese Embassy in Pakistan

Dear Sir,
My younger brother is marrying his girl friend, she is a Chinese national but lives in Canada. The marriage is going to take place in China.
We are two brothers living in Pakistan. Can an invitation letter from my brother's girl friend from Canada is acceptable OR the invitee should be living in China to send a invitation letter ?
