The best way is take airport Shuttle Bus 7 to Shanghai South Railway Station and then walk to Shanghai South Bus Station on Shilong Lu, around 200 meters to the railway station. Everyday there are 4 buses from Shanghai South Bus Station to Huangshan, the timetable is at 06:38, 07:58, 10:12, 14:05, the bus runs for 6.5 hours to reach Huangshan and the ticket price is CNY132 to Tangkou (Huangshan Scenic Area.).
