Hi, I am a British citizen, and I intent to apply for a Chinese visa in Brussles when I am on a holiday in Belgium. Can I apply there? Can I get a visa in the same day, i.e. an express service (how early in the morning should I arrive at your Visa Department)?  Thank you very much!

Actually, Chinese embassy in many countries do not accept visa applications from short time visitors. So, you'd better apply in UK if your holiday in Belgium is not longer than 3 months Since the validity for a China visa is 3 months from the issue date. There are rush service in the Center. So, you can get visa on the same day if you submit application before 11:00 in the morning.
