Dear Sir, If I submit a rush application between 9-10am ,what is the earliest time that I can pick it up. I'm from out of state and I would like to see a Broadway show which starts at 2:00? I would like to do every thing in one day. Thank you

As what listed above in this page, if you use the Same day rush service, and presented before 12:00am, you may pick up your visa between 2:30pm-3:00pm on the same day.
