Hi, ShaHe market opens at 3am? Is it open air market or it's inside building? And can you find nice quality korean and Japanese style clothes there?

Usually the clothes dealers go to the market that early. No need for detail buyers to do so. Some part of it is inside building and some part is outside market. I'm not sure if it has the clothes you mentioned, but you can go there and have a look.
