Hi! I bought an LCD monitor from HongKong Tian Heng Trading and it was supposed to have been shipped via EMS last Wednesday, 15 September 2010.  Until now, it's already 20 September, 2010 but the Tracking Site still listed it as Posting.  When does it supposed to reach my country?  Is this supposed to be a Door-to-door service or not?  Thank you.

EMS staff usually will send the porcel to you directly and you should sign your name on the sheet. Perhaps you should call their serivice number asking for the details.
