Dear Sir, I plan to visit china for meeting one of my friend working there. Now he will come to Hongkong to receive me and nextday , we have plan to go to Shanzen at their home . Now please update what we should write in this employer's covering latter . And what is the procedure to get further after reaching to HongKong Airport. Plan will be for at max 7 days.I have carry with me attested recent bank statement , photos , passport as of now with me ...Rgds, Mannu

what you need in a covering letter includes your name, birthday, passport number and issue date, position in your company, purpose to China, how long you will stay and proofs that you return home. It should be signed and stamped by your company.
