About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi there, i'm a wife of a seaman and i'm supposed to go to china this month to be with my husband who currently in china for the dry dock of their ship and one of the requirements in filing visa is ITR but i don't have one since i'm a stay at home mom and i'm not working. Can i still get a visa if i can't comply all their requirements? Please help me. Thank you!

I think that you still have a chance to get a China visa, the ITR is required for applicants who are employed persons or businessmen, you are a housewife, you can't provide, please specify your housewife status on the visa application form of PRC.
