About:China Business Visa

Hello,

I am a canadian working in Hong-kong and I had a first business visa for china that is now expired. When I try to renew it I was told that my working permit in hong-kong must be valid for at least 7 months to get a business visa for china. I don't see how this is possible since when I get my working visa in hong-kong for one year i can have a 6 month business visa for china. Now off course when I have to renew my business visa I will have less than 7 months on my hong-kong working visa. What should I do? apply from canada? Ask for a renewal of my working visa earlier? Please help me.

Both are applicable, but you can try to send all the requirements back to Canada and entrust someone else to submit your application.
