regarding the school year 2010-2011, what date does the first semester end for high

Regarding the school year 2010-2011, what date does the first semester end for high schools in China and when does the second semester begin? Is this break the same as Spring Festival and Chinese New Year? Thanks

The break time is longer than Spring Festival which is exactly Chinese New Year holiday. It ends in Jan and the second semester begin in late Feb usually. It is usually 28 days.
