About:Passport

I have already got Chinese business Visa (30 day single entry valid upto 15 nov 2010.)
I am planning to travel 3 rd Sept to 2 oct 2010 on behalf of repulted multinational company present in both the countries.
My passport expires on 10 jan 2011, which means it has less than 6 months validity.
Should this be a problem?

It is not a problem, the passport with at least 6 months validity is required when you apply for China visa, now you have obtained the China visa, when you enter China and exit China, your passport is still valid, therefore, you won't have any problem with your passport.
