About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I am an American living in South Korea. Is it possible to apply for a Chinese Visa at the Consulate in Busan, or ONLY through a travel agency? (All of the travel agency listing are in Korean, so this is difficult.)

You have to apply for China visa through one of the travel agencies designated by China Consulate in Pusan. Since March 29, 2010, the China Consulate in Pusan has not accepted China visa application from ordinary passport holders. If you hold diplomatic/service/official passport, you can still submit visa application to China Consulate in Pusan.
