You can take taxi after arriving at the airport, it would take CNY110-130 to Huanggang Port, which is the only port working after midnight. After pass the customs, you can take buses that run for 24 hours. It would cost $45 to Mong Kok, $39 to Tsuen Wan, $7 to Lok Ma Chau, other directions are Kwun Tong and Yau Tsim.
