They are really far from each other. Here is the route I recommend: Disneyland Hollywood hotel has free shuttle bus for guests to the bus terminus. The MTR station is nearby and you can take Special Disney line to Sunny Bay and change to Tung Chung Line to Hong Kong MTR station. Walk to Central Station and take HK Island Line to Chai Wan Station. Get out from Exit E. You can see a pedestrian bridge. Y-Loft is on the other end of the bridge.
