I am travelling from indonesia to hongkong-shenzhen-hongkong-beijing-. do i need multiple entry visa or single entry visa is enough??

you need a double entry Chinese visa, from hong kong to shenzhen is one entry, from hong kong to beijing is another entry, you don't need a visa to Hong kong for up to 30 day per entry. Hong Kong and Mainland China apply different exit & enter controls.
