Hello, Mr Ankit. By bus. Shanghai South Bus Station has about 5 buses a day to Huangshan: 07：40，09：40，13：35，15：15，17：55 (need to confirm according to the current schedule in the bus station). The ticket is nearly 100 yuan. It takes about 5-6 hours to Huangshan. If you stay closer to Shanghai Railway Station, the Long-distance Bus Terminus in north square of the Railway Station also have buses to Huangshan.
