Hi,I'm a Nigerian female student in Malaysia ,i would like to go to china on December 7 2009 for sightseeing, so my question is are they issuing out visa now?because i learnt they stopped issuing visa because of their holiday.Please i would like to know if i can apply for visa now.Would be glad to hear from you.Thanks so much
