Dear Sir,I am a Cameroonian living in Auckland , New Zealand , I wish  to inquire whether it's possible to extend my passport which will currently expire on 9/12/2010 using cameroon Embassy in China.Sir it's important to make mention of the fact that  we have no Cameroonian Embassy in New Zealand and the Cameroon Consular in Australia cannot extend and/or issue a new passport as well.I will need your advise and assistant on how to renew my passport because to best of my know cameroon embassy is the closest embassy who can help us over here in New Zealand with this  practical problem of obtaining a new  and/or  passport extention.Hope hearing from you.Yours sincerelyRoland

I think you can renew your passport at cameroon Embassy in China.
