Is it possible to buy Deluxe Soft Slepper tickets for the T99 train from Shanghai to Kowloon in Hong Kong? Is the price still HK$1039. Does this train now leave from Shanghai South Station? Thank you

It leaves from Shanghai Railway Station not the south station.

If the deluxes soft sleeper is available, you should ask when you buying the ticket.
