There are four fast trains available from Shanghai to Hankou of Wuhan. Please refer to the following schedules: D3006/D3007  14:06/18:59  4h53mD3002/D3003  06:42/12:21  5h39mD3010/D3011  14:59/21:02  6h3mD3014/D3015  16:38/22:43  6h5m Except the second one is too early, the others are all fine. You could purchase it when you arrive in Shanghai at the railway station or ask your hotel help you with it.
