looking at the weather forecast the last week, the temperature has gone down to the range of 7 to 17 degree C; then 10 to 21 degree in next few days; seems unpredictable. do not know how would it be next week (20 to 27th October) what say you? just considering how cold it would be at the Great wall - and Cheng de

According to recent weather, I think the days will be fine for outdoor activities. There will not be very cold air so a shirt and jacket are ok for stay in downtown area. But, please wear a water-proof sweater when you go to the Great Wall. And, Chengde should be a little cooler than Beijing. Anyway, please prepare autumn clothes!
