About:Embassy & Consulates of Singapore in China

I am a Singapore passport holder
I made a mistake in my flight booking , arriving China on 14th Dec.2009 but my departure date will be on 13th Jan 2010, which is the 31st day of my China visit. (which exceed the 30 days per entry with visa). May I know how to apply for the extra day extension? Through Singapore China Embassy or the China local immigration department, Public Security Bureau when I get to Shanghai?
