Hi,Michael K. The time to rise the flag there varies. It will be 05:25 on 14 August, 05:26 on 15 August and one minute more for the next day and so on in August. What time will you go to see? Generally speaking it is around 05:30 in August. Lots of people go to see the ceremony, and safty inspection is conducted, so you'd better reach there an hour earlier.
