i want to apply for hksar passport in vancouver.

Question

I want to apply for HKSAR Passport in Vancouver.It seems that I can apply at #288 - 1388 W. Broadway, Vancouver.  I have a valid Hong Kong permanent identity card and will be travelling in mid-September.  I have 2 questions:1. How long does it take to processed the passport?2. The photo requirements are different than those of a Canadian passport.  Where can I get one taken that is acceptable by your office?Thanks.
