Second, let see the phone number. 011 is the exit code of US and 86 is the country code of China, 21 is the area code of shanghai, then the rest must be the phone number : 5171588. However, since 2006, the phone number of most chinese cities has been eight digital. Thus in my opinion, you'd better be careful with the company. Do not believe it easily.
