About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

I will be arriving into Pudong on Northwest Airlines at about 18:45 and I have a connecting flight on China Southern to Guangzhou at 20:45. I was told that I would have enough time to make the connection I just want to reconfirm the procedure for transfer from I-D flight. I have to cross immigration and re-check in my bags? Is that correct? I am also hearing now that when international flights land in China they are first met by a team of doctors who scan your temperature while on the plane. How long does this procedure take? Will I have enough time to connect to my next flight? Once they scan you and you don't have a fever are you allowed to get off the plane or do you have to wait until the entire plane is checked?

Hi, you have to cross immigration and re-check package. According to the news reported in China, the check procedure may last for 1.5~2 hours on plan. So, very urgently if you just have 2 hours for transfer~
