For Tourist Visa of China, the following documents are required to prepare: 1.Applicant's passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.2.A truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-sized photo. (you can download the visa application form from the website http://ph.china-embassy.org/eng/lsfw/hzqz/P020070510446212343741.doc) 3.Round-trip air ticket4.Hotel reservation.5.Other documents required by the visa officers if necessary.
