YingZheng achievements outweigh any killing he did. From the unification of single language, law & order, irrigation systems.No one can really know why he kill all the scholars, we are not there. Maybe just maybe the scholars are to arrogant. Killing of course is never right. but, apart from that, his view and reforms bring great benefit to china as a whole.
