About:China Embassy in Thailand

Hello

I am from Thailand and holding Thai passport.
I am living in Japan right now.
I will go to Bangkok and I have to transit at Pu Dong airport in China.
I have to wait at the airport for 8 hours for the next flight to Bangkok.
Do I need a chaina visa for transit?

Sincerely,

You are exempt from a visa if you don’t leave the airport.
