About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Does the China Embassy in Singapore do translation of Chinese documents like Marriage/Qualification Certificates to English Language and whether it is recognised by ICA.

The Chinese embassy in Singapore doesn't provide the service of translation. If you need translate documents issued by government departments, such as Certificate of Marriage, you need to send the document to Singapore Court to translate.
